House Rules

Dear Guests!

We do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

If you notice any issue, please let us know. 

Check-in & check-out

• Check-in: 15:00–19:00

• Check-out: 08:00–11:00

• Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible upon prior arrangement

• The accommodation may only be used by the number of guests agreed in advance

• Visitors are only allowed with prior permission 

Payment & terms

• Accommodation fee and tourist tax are payable on arrival

• Security deposit: 25,000 HUF / 70 €, refundable at check-out if no damage has occurred

• In case of earlier departure, the full amount for the booked nights is still payable

• Cancellation: within 40 days before arrival, the booking is non-refundable 

Use of the property & furnishings

• Please use all furnishings as intended.

• Rearranging furniture or removing equipment from the house is not allowed.

• If you notice any damage or malfunction, please let us know immediately.

• Please do not leave marks on the walls, for example by squashing insects.

• If a room key is lost, please inform us immediately. Any related costs, such as door opening or lock replacement, will be charged to the guest.  

Smoking

• Smoking and the use of open flames are not allowed inside the house

• Smoking is permitted in the garden and on the terrace

• Please do not leave cigarette butts around 

Cleanliness & housekeeping

• The apartment is handed over in clean condition

• Housekeeping during your stay is available on request for an extra charge

• For longer stays, weekly cleaning is provided 

Kitchen & dining

• Please do not eat in the bedrooms; the kitchen and dining area are available for meals

• Do not place metal objects in the microwave 

Waste disposal

• Waste is collected selectively

Garden & grilling

• Fire may only be lit in the designated area and under safe conditions

• After use, please make sure the embers are fully extinguished 

Pets

• Pets are not allowed at the accommodation. Thank you for your understanding. 

Quiet hours & surroundings

• Please keep quiet between 22:00 and 08:00

• The apartment house is located in a residential area 

Liability

• The accommodation provider is not responsible for damage caused by events beyond their control

• In case of serious breach of the house rules, the accommodation provider reserves the right to terminate the stay
